Natalie Southgate created Chakradance in 1998, combining her training in dance, Jungian psychology, and chakra healing. After many years of running and refining her own Chakradance workshops, classes and cycles Natalie developed training programs so that others could facilitate this healing modality in other parts of the world. The "Tribe" of Licensed Chakradance facilitators now comprises well over 500 beautiful souls in over 40 countries around the world. Natalie has facilitated Chakradance classes as part of Deepak Chopra's "Seduction of Spirit" workshop, and Doreen Virtue's "Angel Intuitive" trainings; she presents a best-selling course on Daily OM; and her book "Chakradance: Move Your Chakras, Change Your Life" was published by Hay House in October of 2019. Natalie continues to create new classes, courses, and co-creating new Chakradance music, running workshops and retreats, and personally leading Chakradance online facilitator training courses and "Deep Dive" personal growth course. Natalie also offers Chakradance Facilitator retreats annually in Bali, Indonesia. She is co-founder and creative director of the well-being program for children, Inamojo, now titled Chakradance Kids. Hello Beautiful Souls! My name is Peggy Lancaster and I am so excited you are here to join me on this "Spiritual Healing Journey for the Soul". I am a retired nurse with 36 years experience in western medicine. I have always been passionate about dance, music, and the healing arts. My interest in the healing powers of Energy Medicine has led me to become certified in a variety of alternative and holistic healing modalities that include Usui Reiki Master Level III, and Sound & Crystal Healing. After the death of my husband, I discovered Natalie Southgate's Chakradance Facilitator program and began my own deep healing journey by becoming a Licensed Chakradance Facilitator. I am incredibly passionate about helping people heal their past traumas, emotional wounds, unresolved issues and help them to release old patterns, memories, and behaviors. As a Licensed Chakradance Facilitator and Certified Energy Medicine Facilitator, I invite you to join me in the OM Experience of Chakradance, so that I can guide and support you on your own deep healing journey.
