We specialize in Sound Healing meditation using sound frequencies and vibrations from a variety of instruments to clear the chakras, relax the mind, and the body. Olalla Mandala hosts private sessions in the Leavenworth/Cashmere, Washington area.

Reiki Healing is offered as a personal One Hour healing session for anyone that wants to access the universal life force energy called chi, qi, or prana to heal physical and mental trauma, support mental clarity, and promote spiritual well-being. Qigong Healing Energy
The Active Qigong meditation program is an 8 week journey to embrace the Yang energy within your body. Using gentle coordinated movements, and breathwork you can learn to create a better flow of Qi energy throughout your chakras. Keep your body healthy and balanced by moving through various movement sequences. To feel the full power of Qigong energy, this program is held in a variety of natural outdoor surroundings. The program is offered seasonally during the months of May/June, and July/August. Locations to be announced. Olalla Mandala offers these group sessions in the Leavenworth/Cashmere, Washington area.
